What's a "city page" and why do I need one?
A dedicated page on your website built for the specific city you want customers in. Real photos of local jobs, real neighborhood names, real trust signals. Not a template with the city name swapped. Google ranks pages that are clearly about one place higher than generic pages trying to cover everywhere. One of these, done right, will beat a bigger competitor's catch-all service page.
Why not just run Google Ads?
Ads stop the day you stop paying. SEO keeps working after you stop. Our awning-installer client turned their ads off completely. Their Google traffic nearly tripled anyway. If you can afford both, run both. If you have to pick, SEO is cheaper over a year and you keep the results.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Month-to-month, both tiers. No annual contracts, no lock-in. You own the website, the domain, the Google listing, the reviews, and everything we build. If you leave, it's all yours.
What does "competitor defense" actually mean?
Some competitors cheat on Google — they stuff keywords into their business name, use fake addresses, or plant fake reviews. Google has an official process for reporting this. We file those reports on your behalf. When cheaters get corrected, you move up. On our awning client, we got two direct competitors to drop keywords from their Google names. Both corrections moved our client higher in the map.
Do you work outside Ontario?
Right now, no. We stay concentrated in Ontario so we stay sharp on what works here. If that changes we'll say so, but not before.
What does the first six months look like?
Month 1: build and launch. New site, Google listing rebuilt, review automation turned on, first city pages live. Months 2–3: Google listing moves first. Months 4–6: city pages start ranking. By month 6 you should see Google traffic climbing and calls coming from cities you weren't getting before. Our awning client climbed from deep page four to top of page two in sixteen months.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain, the site, the content, the Google listing, the reviews, the data. No rentals. If you leave, we hand over everything.
Do you work with my trade?
We work with awnings, roofing, HVAC, landscaping, painting, flooring, concrete, fencing, pool services, and garage doors. If you're an Ontario trades owner doing $500K to $3M a year, ask. The system is the same across trades.
How long does the build take?
Two to four weeks from when you sign off to when the new site is live. Speed depends on how fast you can send photos, answer questions, and give us access to your Google listing.
What if I already have a website?
If your site is modern and fast, we can keep it and add the city pages and Google work on top. If it's five-plus years old, slow, and broken on phones, the new build pays for itself inside the first year. The free audit tells you which camp you're in.
