Reputation Engine questions

Which CRMs does it work with?
Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, ZenMaid, FieldEdge, Workiz, and a few dozen more via Zapier. If your CRM can export a CSV, we can work with it.
Do you send messages from my number?
Either way. We can send from a shared LocalAmped SMS number (included) or provision a dedicated number branded to you (small add-on).
What's the negative feedback intercept?
Optional. If a customer rates you 3 stars or below, they're routed to a private feedback form instead of your public review page. You get a chance to make it right before it goes public. This is legal and ethical when done properly — we'll walk you through guardrails.
Will Google flag this?
No. We don't ask only happy customers, we don't offer incentives, and we don't use review gating in violation of Google's policy. We ask every customer politely, once, with a reminder. That's it.
500 contacts is a lot for us. Can we use it slowly?
Yes. Contacts don't roll over, but 500 is the cap, not a floor. Use what you need.
Can I upgrade later?
