Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use our website, request a free audit, or buy services from LocalAmped ("we", "us", "our"). Ongoing service engagements have a separate Master Services Agreement that supersedes these terms where they conflict. In plain English:

Using the website

You can browse, share, and link to our pages freely. Don't scrape us, don't try to break it, don't use it for anything illegal. We reserve the right to block abuse.

Free audits

Free audits are offered with no obligation. We'll deliver a personalized audit document to the email you provide. One low-volume follow-up email may be sent. You can unsubscribe any time.

Paid services

• Month-to-month: all subscription services (Reputation Engine, GBP Growth, Full Local SEO) are month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. Your final invoice covers the notice period.
• One-time projects: website builds are quoted as a fixed scope. 50% is invoiced at kickoff, 50% at launch. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately before we start it.
• Billing: automated monthly via Stripe or SureCart. You'll get an invoice by email.
• Late payment: if an invoice is more than 14 days overdue, we'll pause work until it's resolved. Accounts 30 days overdue may be suspended.
• Refunds: monthly services are not refunded after service has been rendered for the period. Website builds are not refundable after kickoff, but deliverables are contractually owed regardless.

What you own

You own all deliverables we produce for you (website files, content, landing pages, photos we shoot, domain, Google assets). We keep the right to reference the work in our portfolio and case studies, unless your MSA says otherwise.

What we own

We retain ownership of internal tools, processes, templates, and frameworks that pre-exist your engagement. We grant you a perpetual license to use the deliverables that include them.

Results

We cite realistic ranges and actual client results. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue — nobody credibly can. We guarantee our effort, our transparency, and our technical standards.

Confidentiality

Anything sensitive you share with us stays with us. We'll sign an NDA on request. We do not share client data, credentials, or strategy between clients, and we never will.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalAmped's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Termination

Either party can terminate a monthly service with 30 days notice. Written notice is fine — email counts. We'll hand off access, credentials, and deliverables cleanly. No clawbacks. No kill fees.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario unless both parties agree to mediation.
