The challenge

Niagara Peak Roofing was launching with no web presence, no backlinks, and no review history in a region already packed with established competitors. They needed a fast-ranking foundation to compete for "roofers in [city]" searches across a dozen-plus Niagara-region municipalities.

What we did

Built the site on a custom local-SEO-first template, then ran a Full Local SEO program from day one.

• Website build. 3-week build on a hand-coded template designed around local SEO patterns (structured service blocks, schema-heavy sections, internal linking hubs). 99 PageSpeed at launch.
• City landing pages. 18 unique city pages covering St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Welland, Thorold, Fonthill, Grimsby, Beamsville, Lincoln, Pelham, Port Colborne, Fort Erie, and surrounding areas.
• Service pages. Dedicated pages for asphalt shingles, metal roofing, flat roofing, roof repairs, and emergency roofing. Each interlinked to the matching city pages.
• Content engine. Two buyer-intent posts per month: seasonal roofing guides, material comparisons, insurance-claim walkthroughs.
• Authority building. Regional citations, roofing-specific directories, and select digital PR placements in Niagara-region publications.

What's next

GBP Growth launches next quarter — the business is ready for review volume, and the organic foundation is strong enough to compound with map pack signals on top. Expansion into Hamilton-area pages is queued for Q3.
